Thank you for your interest in our company and products. Skoberne takes the protection of your personal data seriously. That is why you can use all the information we offer without disclosing your identity. When you visit our website, our web server’s technology automatically stores certain data such as your IP address, the website from which you visit us, which of our pages you visit, information about the browser and operating system you are using as well as the date and duration of your visit.

We use this information solely to ensure the correct technical functioning of our systems and to optimise access to our pages. This data is not stored permanently but overwritten after a short period of time.

If you send a communication using the contact form, we collect and store your data solely for the purposes of responding to your enquiry. The data from your enquiry is not passed onto third parties or used for advertising purposes.

In our customer business, we primarily process information about the companies we cooperate with or which we supply. The personal data are the name and contact details of our contact persons in these companies or persons who order items from us.

We process this data in our ERP system in order to record and execute orders, for invoicing purposes, in order to respond to enquiries or for correspondence with customers and business partners.

The legal basis for this are contractual or pre-contractual relationships with our customers and business partners. We do not share that data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of a contractually agreed service.

The contact details of our customers are stored for as long as business relationships exist and we do not receive any information from the customer concerned indicating that he/she wishes that data to be changed or deleted.

You have the right to be provided with information about which of your personal data is stored by Skoberne. If any data is inaccurate, you have the right to rectification. If data is stored unlawfully, you have the right to erasure, to the restriction of processing or the right to object to the processing.

All the data collected by us is used is used for commercial correspondence with our customers and business partners and is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations.
