Our OCTA low profile underfloor heating system is the result of a well-thought-out design that impresses with its appearance and functionality, while also fulfilling the desire for maximum room height during renovation and modernisation projects. It includes all the necessary components – from OCTA floor tiles and underfloor heating pipes to the matching accessories. As all components are perfectly matched and pre-tested, we offer our customers the certainty that installation will run smoothly and the system will function flawlessly.

The installation height* of the Skoberne underfloor heating system using the special screed is only 15 mm. This makes it particularly suitable for retrofitting on existing floors, e.g. in the case of renovation. In addition, the screed can be walked on after just 5 hours and is completely dry after 2 days. This means that other trades can start their work more quickly. Thanks to their sophisticated connection technology, the pre-assembled grids can be quickly laid in the room and connected from both above and below. There is no waste or scrap, as the laying grids can be easily separated and completely reused.

The modular design prevents material loss, as the panels can be dismantled into individual units and used elsewhere.

The PE-RT pipes comply with the ISO 10508 standard, class 4, for underfloor heating systems.

The transfer grids are delivered as pre-assembled panels measuring 755 x 1085 mm. This optimises handling on site at the construction site.

We attach great importance to quality and reliability. All tests of the OCTA system - both in terms of the product and its processing - have confirmed that a construction height of 15 mm using the special adhesive mortar is sufficient. In order to maximise the product's long service life, we recommend an installation height of 17 mm.
